What a visit includes
Before any care
We explain first, then ask
Nothing starts until you have said yes, and you can say stop at any point.
A talk
About what you want from care.
A hands-on exam
With your clothes on.
X-rays, only if needed
Only when medically necessary, and only with your OK.
The cost, in writing
Before care begins.
Questions
Two questions about care
Which kind of care is right for me?
Your doctor decides with you after the exam. Many visits combine two of these, and you can change the plan at any time.
Does Medicare pay for all of this?
No. Medicare covers only spinal manipulation. Exams, x-rays and other services are not covered, and we give you the cost in writing first.
Ask us before you book
Call and a person answers. We can go through these pages with you.
- A sudden severe headache or neck pain, dizziness, trouble speaking or seeing, new weakness or numbness, numbness in the groin or saddle area (between the legs and buttocks), or new bladder or bowel trouble needs emergency care now. Call 911 or go to an emergency room.
